She graduated from RBC in 2022 and began her job as an Admissions Counselor the following October. Outside of work, you can find Annika helping with her church's youth group, hiking, kayaking, catching up with friends over coffee, watering her many plants, making sourdough, or exploring her new home area. Annika has a passion for discipling the next generation and loves interacting with the students and watching them grow as they seek to follow Jesus well.

Then she returned to RBC as the Academic Assistant and Registrar during which time she completed a bachelor's degree through Ohio Christian University. In 2017, she married Rich, and two years later transitioned to a part-time position doing administrative work. She and Rich enjoy hosting guests at their home, hiking the Ohio state parks, leading a life group and assisting with worship at their church, and interacting with their student discipleship group at RBC. They love being involved with an organization that cares deeply about advancing God's Kingdom.

He and his wife, Carol, often sneak away for a few weeks in the winter to enjoy the sunshine of Florida. Dave has spent years as an auctioneer and often helps out for auction fundraisers. He loves the atmosphere and getting to relate to the people on campus.

Heather grew up on a quiet farm in western Pennsylvania with four siblings. After graduating from RBC she began working full-time in her current position. When she's not working, she enjoys teaching her ballet class, painting, finding new things to bake, or spending time with friends (which usually involves coffee). She loves when the school year is in session and students are on campus. "I'm a people person, and I love getting to know each year's student body."

She worked for a number of years in social service work in Idaho while also completing a Master’s degree online in Christian counseling. She was involved in a number of different volunteer ministries in the Pacific Northwest and then spent two years serving the Lord in full-time ministry in Central Asia. She continues to have a special heart for that region of the world and enjoys being able to invest in relationships with international students. She married Jeff Miller in 2015 and feels privileged to serve the Lord together with him. They spent six years in pastoral ministry together in Indiana and began serving at Rosedale Bible College in the fall of 2022. They had a daughter, Joy, in 2023 who keeps Jessica extra busy. He and his wife, Darlene, have five children. After seeing hundreds of students come through RBC, it is fun to see our own children begin to join their ranks! Lynford's role includes many tasks behind the scenes. "While my role is frequently less visible than some, I know that it is part of the greater mission of building the Kingdom of God by helping to prepare Kingdom workers.

With brief exceptions, Phil has been employed by non-profit missions or educational institutions since graduating from high school. A few sources for illustrations from his life include growing up in the South, doing prison ministry, farming, serving on church leadership teams, being the youngest member of a large family, and being a husband to Twila, father and grandfather. Phil's favorite moments as a teacher come when he sees the light of new understanding dawn on the face of a student, or when a student asks a question that shows deep insight or engagement with the Scripture.

Reuben Sairs

Faculty; Director of Library Services; TiM Instructor
B.S. Pennsylvania State University; M.A. University of Mobile; M.L.I.S. Kent State University
Course(s): Introduction to World Religions; Introduction to Philosophy; Christian Apologetics; Anabaptism Today; Public Speaking; The Gospel of John; Introduction to the Biblical Languages; Bible Survey (TiM)
Reuben does not come from the Christianized subculture--his upbringing and its environment were secular. Although he's been in the Mennonite world for a long time, his formative years as a Christian were spent in other groups. That said, he is committed and tries to nurture an Anabaptist approach to faith. Before he went into ministry, the focus of his energies was in rock and folk music, where he had modest success and many great experiences. He is married to Vicki, and they have three grown sons. Reuben is currently on the pastoral team at London Christian Fellowship. Reuben loves teaching and believes strongly in education as a necessary part of growth in Christ. "It is the power of the classroom--the timeless human encounter of students who want to know and teachers who know the way to get them started that excites me most. Higher education is especially exciting because students are now at a stage when they have to process, sometimes disagree, analyze and learn to articulate ideas that drive the adult world. Even when it is messy, it can be wonderful, especially as you see a faith grow from childishness to maturity."
