Meet the Director
"After completing this two-year program, a student will be able to work effectively as a team member with a wide variety of construction trades and personnel."
Titus Beitzel (’84) of Grantsville, Maryland, brings a wide range of experiences to his new role as Director of Rosedale Trades.
After working in maintenance and construction for one year in El Dorado, Arkansas, Titus returned to Grantsville where he married Beth Miller (’84) in 1968, worked briefly in construction and then joined Beitzel Corporation/Pillar Innovations for the next 34 years. At Beitzel he mastered the construction trades and rose to become the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Catalyst Operator. Over the course of his career, Titus became a licensed plumber, a licensed electrician, and was licensed in HVAC.
During this time he also served as Associate Pastor (2000-2020) and Interim Lead Pastor (2020-2022) at his home church, Cherry Glade Mennonite.
Currently Titus works in property management and development for several rental properties, and operates Wild Oaks Metal Works, a hobby industrial furniture business where he designs and fabricates custom metal furnishings.
Titus and Beth have four adult sons and six grandchildren.
