Due to technical issues with the Session 4 recording the beginning of Merle’s talk was cut off. This episode picks up with Merle talking about the residential schools in Canada.

Merle Nisly is the speaker for RBC’s 2021 Missions Week. Merle and Rita Nisly have lived in Northwestern Ontario for 40 years and currently reside in the town of Red Lake where they enjoy community in their neighborhood, church, and with friends. The Nislys retired from full time work with Living Hope Native Ministries in 2018 but continue to work with the organization in various capacities.
